Concrete cleaning and resealing is generally one entire process. We begin the services with removing any overgrown grass and or etc. We apply a mild cleaner to the surface, then proceed to pressure wash, then let the surface dry and apply one coat of sealer. Some of our customers just want us to wash the concrete and leave off the sealer. We leave it up to the customer. As part of the process we also offer to fix cracks and or chipped or broken concrete if necessary. This would an additional charge.
Going forward in 2023 — We will be rolling out Four Separate Options depending on the customers desire and needs.
- Pressure wash concrete. (driveway, patio, sidewalk, porch)
- Pressure wash concrete and apply one coat of sealer. (Roller or Sprayer depending on the customer)
- Apply a concrete resurfacing over the existing concrete. (see concrete resurfacing for more details)
- Rip out the existing concrete and pour new concrete.
